I Wish I Could Live at the Zoo

Mr. D here...took mom and dad to the zoo last weekend. I said "Dhat, dhat, dhat!" [I am 10 months old and have not been to the zoo! It is high time we go!]. So....they finally took me.

Gotta say. I was a bit nervous. The elephant skull was a little much for me. I liked the real elephants though.

I think I saw Curious George at the zoo! I couldn't stop staring. I wish I were a monkey. [Mom sometimes says I am a monkey, but I told her MorMor told me my mom acted like a monkey too when she was little like me!].

So...Dylan here...my grandma and grandpa have this really cool thing at their house that makes loud noises. I like to bang on it and everyone cheers for me!

I see my grandma and my dad hitting it too, but when they do it I like to dance!!

Summer Reading

Dylan here. Mom keeps bringing home more and more books! I am not sure if they are real books though, because the pages don't tear out as well as the books that mom and dad read. The pages in my books are hard and I can play drums on them really well, but I can't rip them out and I like to rip the pages...I can still find mom and dad's books if I look really hard...
I am trying to keep up with all my summer reading but sometimes I just get really tired...

Dylan's Cupboard

Oddly enough...as soon as I figured out how to open the cupboards...mom rigged them so I couldn't get into them anymore! She missed this one though...I told her I could still get into it and she said that it was my very own cupboard! Wow! I wonder what I can make with plastic tupperware?
